Welcome to our modern fully-equipped apartment on the Mediterranean seashore in sunny Spain.
We
have furnished our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with all of the
equipment necessary to allow your vacation to proceed as smoothly as
creamy Asturian butter.
In
the living room we have a large digital flat-screen TV with DVD and
satellite connection. There is a comfy leather divan which extends out
to a double bed for extra sleeping space. There are also two cane
chairs, which also double as extra dining chairs. The dining table is
large enough for six adults. There is a high section with ample tumbler,
wine and sangria glasses. There is also a dresser where placemats,
games and instruction manuals are stored.
The
modern kitchen has stainless-steel high-quality kitchen appliances from
Siemens. The fridge/freezer has fruit and vegetable drawers and a wine
holder. There is a stainless steel dishwasher, also from Siemens, with
simple automatic function for ease of use. The Siemens hob is state-of-the art induction ceramics, and the oven has draw-out shelving for ease of use.
There is also a microwave oven, water cooker, toaster, espresso and capuccino
coffee machine, egg cooker, salad slinger and pots and pans to satisfy any
culinary enthusiast. Cutlery and crockery, tumblers, cups, salad bowl,
oven proof glass bowls and serving dishes are all supplied.
The
laundry has Siemens washing machine, with easy-to-use directions. There
is also a tumble drier in the event of any inclement weather. The
laundry also houses the external unit of the air conditioning system.
The sliding windows should be kept open when the air conditioner is in
use.
The
bedrooms are spacious and airy. Both bedrooms have two windows. The
main bedroom has a double bed 160 x 200 cm, with two single Nordic
doonas and 30 cm deep mattress. Sheets, pillows, pillowcases and doona
covers are supplied. There is a dresser with three drawers and mirror,
as well as a double wardrobe, solely for the use of clients. There is no
locked private wardrobe space in this apartment. Off the main bedroom,
there is a large ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower head with
elegant glass door to reduce splash, WC and wash basin. The ensuite has
two skylight windows for natural light. The hair drier available for the
use of all guests.
The
guest bedroom has two single beds, each 80 x 200 cm, with comfy 30 cm
deep mattresses. The beds have Nordic doonas, pillows, sheets,
pillowcases and doona covers. There are extra blankets/bedcovers in the
main bedroom wardrobe, as well as extra doonas for the extendable divan,
when needed. Extra bedclothes and bathtowels are kept in one of the
chests in the guest bedroom. Here there is also a large double wardrobe,
as well as bedside table and bedside shelves.
The
roomy terrace has a teak extendable dining table and six lightweight
aluminum and nylon chairs. An automatic watering system is installed,
and Summer petunias in the planters add to the charming summery
atmosphere. We have herbs in the side planter, including timian, basil,
rosemary and ofttimes large-leaf parsley – all for the use of our
guests.
